MP3 List
Rather self-explanatory, don't you think?  The MP3s I've downloaded (oh lord, I have waaaay too many), and maybe a little comment to go with each one if I'm so inclined.

Paul McCartney - Vanilla Sky
Live - They Stood Up for Love

Duran Duran - Ordinary World
Green Day - 2000 Light Years Away
Hikaru Utada - With Or Without You: I was prepared to dislike this song, since I'm such a huge U2 fan and I thought it couldn't possibly be as good as the original, but I like it a lot so I kept it. ^-^
Ayashi no Ceres OST - Kono Yo Ga Hatetemo Hanarenai
Pearl Jam - Can't Find A Better Man
Mick Jagger - Visions of Paradise: I loved this video...and I'm seriously considering getting this CD, which is odd, especially considering I didn't like Mick Jagger before.

the Wallflowers - Heroes
the Wallflowers - 6th Avenue Heartache
Toad the Wet Sprocket - All I Want
Two-Mix - Rhythm Emotion
Puddle of Mudd - Blurry
Jim Brickman - Rocket to the Moon: Would be a really good song to slow-dance to.

Alanis Morissette - Hands Clean
Celine Dion - Falling Into You

Angel Sanctuary - Knife of Romance
Sorcerous Stabber Orphen - Last Kiss
Noir OST - Ali Project - Capellia no Hitsugi: Noir is a really good show...I need to see more.  The music is very...different.  In a good way.
Noir OST - Canta Per Me
Noir OST - Salva Nos
Sugar Ray - Answer the Phone: The only song of theirs I like.
Shakira - Whenever, Wherever
John Mellencamp and India.Arie - Peaceful World: India.Arie kicks ass. *nods*
The Cranberries - Analyse: Yes, that's "analyse" and not "analyze"; they're an Irish group so they'd use the British spelling. :P I had this in my head the entire way to New York for some reason.
The Doobie Brothers - Listen to the Music: The seventies had the best music, dude...
America - Sister Golden Hair
Incubus - Wish You Were Here: This is a really good song...and I can relate so well. *sigh*
Creed - My Sacrifice
Jewel - Standing Still
Guns and Roses - Sweet Child of Mine
The Calling - Wherever You Will Go
Hayashibara Megumi - Over Soul
Goldfinger, Good Charlotte, and Mest - The Innocent
theme from Boston Public: I don't watch it that often, but this music is cool.  Just too short...
Ryan Adams - New York, New York
The Verve Pipe - Never Let You Down
DC Talk - Just Between You and Me
Bon Jovi - Living on a Prayer
Tina Turner - When the Heartache is Over
Michael Jackson - You Rock My World: The girl in this video was really cute...
The Wiseguys - Start the Commotion: Better known as the Zoolander song. ^-^
Nickelback - How You Remind Me: Ever since I saw them on Jay Leno I've been playing this song nonstop..what can I say, it's a good song.
all star tribute - What's Going On: This is like my fourth WTC-related MP3...this is a cool one, though.  Bono's in it!  WHOO!
Paul Hardcastle - Nineteen: It's semi-spoken word...except...it's not...oh, just download it.  It's very cool.  It's about the Vietnam War, although it's appropriate to nowadays too.
Elton John - Someday
U2 - Peace on Earth and Walk On: recorded live from the Tribute to Heroes concert.  Walk On rocks live, yo.
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Under the Bridge
Afro Celt Sound System featuring Peter Gabriel - When You're Falling: bah.  BAH I SAY!  Kila kicks the Afro Celts' collective ass, and they're both somewhat similar...so why do Afro Celts get a big single and a video on VH1 and KILA DOESN'T?  INJUSTICE!  Oh no, I'm not even _slightly_ bitter...eh, the song is all right, tho.
Sting - Fragile: the "World Trade Center mix".  It's got clips of people talking about the bombing and Bush and Giuliani giving their speeches.  Depressing, but I'm saving it for posterity.
Seal - Human Beings: I used to have this CD...it's definitely not as good as Seal's other two.  Still like this song, though.
Seal - Prayer for the Dying: I have this on CD, but the MP3 version has this really cool piano stuff going on that I don't think I heard on the CD
Sister Hazel - All For You
Dave Brubeck Quartet - Take Five: I'd never heard of them before, but I really like the song.

Masami Okui and Megumi Hayashibara - Nemurenai Yoru Wa
Dream Academy - Life in a Northern Town
Barenaked Ladies - Falling for the First Time
Three Doors Down - Be Like That
Lifehouse - Hanging by a Moment (acoustic): heard this on the radio in San Diego once...it's pretty, so I thought I'd download it.
Dido - Hunter: I like this song a lot...the video is trippy, though.  And did you notice that in the video, when she sings the line about "the crown you've placed upon my head", there's a neon sign of a crown behind her and it's like right behind her head so it almost looks like it's on her head?  I noticed that, thought it was pretty cool...
Nelly Furtado - Turn Off the Light
Dave Matthews Band - The Space Between: Yeah, I downloaded another version...the old version I had skipped around a lot.  Seriously, this is what part of it sounded like: "These fickle, fuddled words confuse me/Waste the hours and/Hope to keep safe from the pain, but will I hold you again?/These fickle, fuddled words confuse me..."  Yeah, I'm confused too.  And it cut out the whole first part up until the end of "But I've got all the time for you, love."  Rgh.  So yeah, I got another one.
Melissa Etheridge - I Want to Come Over
Melissa Etheridge - I'm the Only One
George Michael and Mary J. Blige - As
Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman - Time to Say Goodbye: I'm one of those rare 15-year-olds who likes opera...watching it, that is, I don't usually like to just listen to it unless it's a song I really really love (like this one).
Enrique Iglesias - Bailamos
Billie Myers - Kiss the Rain
Madonna - Like a Prayer
Fatboy Slim - Weapon of Choice: Heheh, the video for this is so funny...I have yet to figure out what they're saying in this song, though...oh, and I love the VH1 commercials where the guy's driving along in his car and he's singing this song: "It won't attract the worm!"  Or is that "attract the word"?  I dunno...I like "attract the worm" better.
Peter Gabriel - In Your Eyes
Natalie Imbruglia - Smoke: I hated Torn, but some of her other songs aren't so bad...this one, for instance, is great.
Pat Benatar - Invincible
The Police - Every Little Thing She Does is Magic
Collective Soul - Shine
Collective Soul - The World That I Know
Mr. Mister - Kyrie
Bruce Hornsby - That's Just the Way It Is
10,000 Maniacs - Because the Night: Guys, if you're sick of the fact that Napster is being a brat lately, go download WinMX NOW.  It's a new file-sharing program that lets you access Napster, minus the filters, and that's how I'm getting all my MP3s now.
The Wallflowers - Hand Me Down
Green Day - Good Riddance (Time of Your Life): I have no idea why I didn't download this sooner, I love this song...
Incubus - Drive: Oh, this is an awesome song.  The video is so innovative too, how he's drawing himself and the other band-dudes.  And I like the architecture in the housething where they're performing.
U2 - Mysterious Ways: This is one of their few songs I don't have on CD...I have The Best of 1980-1990 and it's not there (duh, probably because it was after that time period)
Christina Aguilera, Pink, Mya, and Lil Kim - Lady Marmalade: I like this song, okay?  So sue me.  Meh...I really wanna see Moulin Rouge but no one will take me...
Shaggy - It Wasn't Me: I'm not terribly fond of this song...it's okay, but I downloaded it because Katrina wanted to listen to it.
Megumi Hayashibara - What's Up Guys: From Bakuretsu Hunters...actually, it's Megumi-san and whoever is Carrot's seiyuu, he sings it too...
Spin Doctors - Two Princes
Vengaboys - Vengababes from Outer Space: It's cute and catchy, I heard it at dance and was wondering what it was called and I'm glad I found it.
Shooglenifty - Bjork's Chauffer: This was recommended to me, and I think I want to get their album...this song is cool.
Lunasa - Dr. Gilbert and Devils of Dublin
Matchbox 20 - Mad Season: The video for this is kinda neat, especially the fight scenes...and when the window breaks.  Ouch.
Backstreet Boys - Shape of My Heart: Don't say anything, don't EVEN say anything...
Jamiroquai - Space Cowboy
Jamiroquai - Virtual Insanity
BBMak - Back Here
Backstreet Boys - I Want it That Way: Yes, I kind of like this song...got a problem with that? *glare*
Dishwalla - Counting Blue Cars
Train - Drops of Jupiter
Duncan Sheik - Barely Breathing: I love this song...he was a one-hit wonder, though. *sigh*
Good Charlotte - the Motivation Proclamation: People on Napster cannot spell...I had to purposely misspell the title in order to find this song.  "The Motovation Proclimation"...*shudder* I know why they do it, though, so they won't get caught with copyrighted songs, but...it's frustrating to find songs nowadays.
Coldplay - Yellow
The Verve - Bittersweet Symphony
Alannah Myles - Black Velvet
Hayashibara Megumi - Gloria
Elton John - Some Other World: The ending credits theme from Ferngully...which might explain if you've never heard of this song before, it's not terribly well-known.  Oh well. *is obsessed with Ferngully*
Blues Traveler - The Mountains Win Again: Or is it "The Mountain Wins Again"?  I never am sure.
Grateful Dead - Touch of Grey
Cher - Believe
Madonna - What It Feels Like For a Girl: Well, I object to her use of the word "girl" (she's 40 or so, right?  That is definitely NOT a girl anymore...heck, I'm 15 and I get pissed whenever anyone calls me girl).  But it's still a cute song.
Bonnie Pink - It's Gonna Rain: Such a CUTE SONG!  I heard it on Rurouni Kenshin...anyone know where I can get a good midi of this?
Blondie - Maria
Jackson Brown - Doctor My Eyes: Yeah, I like the occasional oldies song...I used to listen to a 70s and 80s radio station. *shrug*
Fuel - Hemorrhage (In My Hands): This song is actually really sad...but I like to listen to it occasionally when I'm in that kind of mood.
Fushigi Yuugi - Tokimeki no Doukasen
Blind Melon - No Rain
Evangelion - Cruel Angel's Thesis
BoA - Duvet: I _love_ this song!  Waiiii...I want The Race of a Thousand Camels, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere.
Depeche Mode - Dream On: This MP3 freaks me out, dude.  At first it has this really spooky guy (who's not in the radio version) singing, "Can you feel a little love?" and the song itself is just kinda weird.  But I like it anyway, it kicks butt.  About ten people have downloaded it from me today, it's my most popular song. ^-^ Dunno why, but it is.
Sting - If I Ever Lose My Faith in You
Martin Page - In the House of Stone and Light
The Police - Wrapped Around Your Finger
The Bee Gees - This Is Where I Came In: I first heard this the other day...the Bee Gees have done a new release after what, four years?  And don't you think it's interesting that one of the lines refers to "the love that will never speak its name"...and you know what that is...
Till Tuesday - Voices Carry
Toad the Wet Sprocket - Walk on the Ocean: I kept hearing this song on the radio and only recently found out what it was, yay.
Collective Soul - December: Ditto what I said about Walk on the Ocean
Des'ree - You Gotta Be
Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody: I had to study this in music last year, so we listened to it every day.  At first I hated it, but it's grown on me...it's kinda cute actually.
Nine Days - If I Am: Just noticed...this and Jumper are both about people jumping off ledges...what does that say about my mood recently? O_o
Sarah McLachlan - Silence
the Indigo Girls - Closer to Fine
Third Eye Blind - Jumper: Did I ever tell you about the time I saw Third Eye Blind play at the county fair? *hears people snoring* Okay, maybe I won't then...
Okui Masami - Mask (from Bakuretsu Hunters): *glomp* Masami-sama, daisuki! *notices Tira nearby* *glomps Tira too*
REM - Stand: It's a goofy little song, but it's kinda cute and I like it anyway.
N'Sync - It's Gonna Be Me: Okay, I downloaded this PURELY for dance class purposes, so I could practice to it...it's not that I actually like the song at all, or N'Sync.
Gundam Wing - Cry For the Dream: My Duo-fangirl friend Sarah played me this song over the phone and I'm like, "It's Duo!"  Was very surprised when she told me it was actually Heero. O_o When I downloaded it I instantly recognized the seiyuu as Midorikawa Hikaru, who I love.
Bust a Groove - Sora to Umi to Niji no Yume
The Bangles - Walk Like an Egyptian
Gundam Wing - Just Communication: Hehe, I love this song...
Okui Masami - Toki Ni Ai Wa: When I first heard this song in the movie, paired with the animation of Utena and Anshii dancing, I was stunned.  It's the most beautiful song, and the live version is even better.
Okui Masami - Toki Ni Ai Wa (live): Yes, I really do need both versions!  The live one is a lot slower...makes the regular version sound absolutely _peppy_ in comparison, I'm telling you it does!
Sinead O'Connor - No Man's Woman
Coco Lee - A Love Before Time
U2 - The Ground Beneath Her Feet: U2 rocks.  Now why didn't they release this in the States...?
The Cranberries - Linger
Smash Mouth - All Star
Meredith Brooks - Bitch: Heheh, this song is so me...and I don't mean the title, it seriously could be _about_ me.  Scary.
Counting Crows - Long December
Dave Matthews Band - Crash Into Me
Everything - Who Got the Hooch
Madonna - Don't Tell Me
Mighty Mighty Bosstones - The Impression That I Get
Foo Fighters - Learn to Fly
Gin Blossoms - Follow You Down: They're from Arizona too, so gotta love them.
Gin Blossoms - Hey Jealousy
TLC - Unpretty
Barenaked Ladies - Too Little Too Late
Nelly Furtado - I'm Like a Bird
Fastball - You're an Ocean: This song is so cute, but they never play it on the radio anymore...
Billie Myers - Tell Me: They stopped playing this a long time ago too...but I kinda liked Billie Myers' stuff.
Natalie Imbruglia - Wishing I Was There: The only song of hers I ever liked...of course she only had one other really big one besides this (that goddamn Torn song, which they played all the time even though it sucked horribly)
REM - It's the End of the World as We Know It (And I Feel Fine): I can sing this entire song perfectly, to the letter, right along with Michael Stipe.  Yes, I do need a life. ^^;;
SR-17 - Right Now: I wrote a song parody to this song, called "Recount"...you can guess what it was about.
Everclear - AM Radio: My cousin and I used to be obsessed with this song..."Boy, turn that radio down!" ^-^ Hehe...
Matchbox 20 - If You're Gone: This is one of those songs it's impossible to get tired of...for me, anyway.  They play it all the time and I still love it, and I still make my mom shut up so I can listen to it when we hear it in the car. ^-^
Semisonic - Closing Time
Bon Jovi - It's My Life: Geez, what happened to them?  They released this, and then they released that godawful "Thank You For Loving Me" which is about 180 degrees from this in mood and everything.  Schizos.
Wallflowers - Sleepwalker
REM - The Great Beyond: This is such a cool song!  Was it ever released in the US?  'Cause I only heard it when I was in Ireland.  And if not, then why not?
Green Day - Basket Case
Green Day - Minority: For the millionth time, I just have to say this: MY SISTER WAS IN THIS VIDEOOOOO!  Okay, now that that's over with...this is the album version, which means they don't beep it out when he says "fuck 'em all".  So I kinda have to turn it down when people are actually listening..^-^
Martina McBride - It's My Time: Yeah, I know...I don't usually like country either, but I kinda liked this...
