Explanation: It sounds like the narrator practically worships the girl he's talking about, but for Petra it's not just one girl, it's EVERY girl she sees (as long as the girl is old enough, that is).  Then the last couple of verses could be talking about Ruari, except that it was Petra and not Ruari who made the first move, but otherwise it works.  I might make a video script to this song, but that wouldn't really be fair because then I'd have to make a video for all the other characters too (which I can't do).
